These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations when using Taxi Trade Products website. Taxi Trade Products is part of Knowledge Point School Limited.

1. Introduction
This website is operated and owned by Knowledge Point School Limited is only one part of a range of products and services that we offer.

Knowledge Point School Ltd privacy policy forms part of these terms and conditions, and together they contain all of the terms relating to the use of our website.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the amended terms will be posted on our website.

2. Purchasing and Ordering
To buy goods or services from us you must be 18 years or over.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the products at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details to supply the products.

We advise you to print a copy of the order sent to you by email for future reference.

All item prices include VAT where payable at the current rates. If you change the currency please not you will be charged in Pounds Sterling. The postage is set by default to lowest available although you have the choice to select different postal rates. Postage is added to each line item ordered and is dependent on the total weight of that item.

Credit Card payments are powered by PayPal and Sagepay Secure Server. PayPal and Sagepay do not hold information about your order, and are not authorized to provide refunds - they are responsible only for processing payments. PayPal and Sagepay have their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which you must read. You also have the option to use a PayPal account which also has its own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which you must read.

After your contract has been accepted by us you have the right to cancel the order for up to seven working days, starting from the day after the day on which you received the item(s).

We aim to process your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If we have not delivered the products within 21 days you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. The exception to this rule is all Special Order Items that will be delivered as stated within the product information.


Please Note - We close each year over the Christmas period. All customers will be informed when we will be closed in advance. During this closure, orders can be placed but will NOT be posted out until we return in the New Year.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us at 94-95 Troutbeck, Robert Street, London NW1 4EJ within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding return postage) as long as the goods are in their original condition.

Should your purchase arrive faultily or damaged you can return it to us at 94-95 Troutbeck, Robert Street, London NW1 4EJ within 14 days for a full refund (including return postage) or request a replacement.

Refunds are issued minus postage fees. Any postal return fees are responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Materials in site and software rights
All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to our website (including, but not limited to, the underlying software, the design, graphics, layout, feel, and structure of our website) will remain the sole property of us and our licensors.

You may view, use, download, and store the material on this website for personal and research use only. Commercial use is not permitted. Redistributing, republishing, copying, adapting, or otherwise making material on this website available to third parties is prohibited.

The information on this website is given in good faith and for general information and interest only. It is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct but we cannot guarantee that it is free of inaccuracies, errors, and omissions.

You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person arising from your use of our website.

This Agreement is deemed to be made in England and is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

7. Online Store Rules
We reserve the right to update, suspend, vary, withdraw or stop any part of our Online Store.

8. Your Personal Information
We will collect personal information in connection with the service we provide. The Taxi Trade Promotions Ltd privacy policy has details on what information we collect, what we do with that information and other related matters.

9. Message Board Rules
Subject to the following restrictions, you will be free to post messages about issues of interest and/or concern.

You may use our Online Message Board to ask questions and receive answers on knowledge or taxi trade-related issues only from our staff and other subscribers.

If you choose to post a message you may disclose personal data about yourself to other subscribers on our Online Message Board (who may be outside the European Economic Area), but you must not, through using the Online Message Board, collect, store, or otherwise process personal data about other subscribers to our Online Message Board.

If, while using our Online Message Board, you discover anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions, you should inform us straight away.

You must treat everything you read or post as private and confidential to the Message Board and other subscribers to our Online Message Board.

You are responsible for ensuring that any message that you post on our Online Message Board is free from error to the best of your ability.

You must not publish, post, distribute, or otherwise transmit messages not directly associated with the knowledge or the taxi trade; anything that offends common standards of courtesy or decency; is reasonably likely to breach technology export restrictions or financial services laws or to be invasive of privacy; is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, seditious, objectionable; or is unlawful, offensive, or regarded as such for racial, ethnic, or sexual reasons.

We reserve the right to remove any message posted on our Online Message Board.

Advertising, chain messages, spam, and press releases are prohibited on our Online Message Board.

You must not use our Online Message Board to infringe the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, any patent or trademark or trade secret or to break any copyright restrictions on anything said or repeated on our Online Message Board.

10. Teaching Class Rules
All teaching classes must be booked online.  Once booked refunds can only be made under special circumstances at the discretion of the Training Manager.  Admittance to any of the classes will be permitted only on the production of the relevant e-mail order confirmation which will be e-mailed to you upon acceptance of your order.  We reserve the right to decline bookings from any learner who has been disruptive or offensive in relation to racial, sexual, or common standards of decency within our training environment.

11. Agreement
You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement to any other person without obtaining our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to assign all or part of this Agreement at any time to any company or person.

12. Termination
If you do any of the following, we may terminate this Agreement immediately:
- fail to pay the charges when due
- breach this Agreement in any other way


If the Agreement is terminated under this clause, you will still be liable for all charges that you owe us up to the date of termination.

Cancellation of Recurring Online Subscription must be done through your active online account using taxitradepromotions.co.uk or by sending us an email. Failure to request cancellation for recurring payments will result in payment being processed on its due date.
