"from my experience with dealing with you, there doesn't seem to be anything to complain about so don't change how you do things. i made my order outside of office hours during the weekend, it was dispatched on Monday and i received it either on Tuesday or Wednesday ready for my next scheduled trip into London on Thursday. i was informed of each stage by email and your webpage and ordering process is very easy to follow. i was very glad to get the brackets so quickly, and surprised so thank you very much."
