For personal applications or telephone enquiries you should contact the PCO between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

When making application you will be required to pay a £50.00 fee, to produce a full UK or EEC Driving License (a provisional is not acceptable), a Birth Certificate (if this is not in English a Passport is also required) and in the case of a married woman a Marriage Certificate. As part of the application you will be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure Form (current fee £34.00) to prove you are of good character together with a Medical Form completed by your GP following a medical examination which you must arrange (fees range from £80-£120 dependent upon the GP’s charges) to prove you are medically fit to hold a licence.
